Can anypon explain to me step by step how to imprt a hand history. They keep sending me e-mails but I can't get it. I am a bit thick when it comes to these things.
They asked me to send them a hand history which i did and they said it worked fine but i can't do it

Is there anyone who can please help me

What poker site do you play on?

All you need to do is click "open a tournament folder" then select the folder with all your HH's in it. then you can just select which one you please.

If you want to select a specific one, find it, save it in a new folder, then do as i said above.

i play on FT. i have done what you said but still cannot make it work

Your playing NL holdem right?

Is it coming up with some sort of error message? what screen are you getting to??

Post some screen shots, might be of some help.
