PT3 blocking time bank?

The HUD is blocking my time bank on full tilt. Does anyone know any way to stop this?

Move it. Just RIGHT click and drag it where you want it. Once you get it set, save the layout and it will open that way from then forward.

Click on the HUD display and manually move(drag) it up down sideways or wherever you want
