| Mac Users - What to use to track hand/progress? Hi guys.. I used to use HEM on my PC when I played. Since then, I've gotten a Mac Book Pro. What should I use to track my Poker Progress? Any MAC users out there? I did do a google search and came across 2 programmes - Mac Pilot and PT? Or can you run VMware fusion unity to run either? Lastly, is there a way to import all my handhistories from my PC into to my Mac? Thanks. |

Thanks for the replies - will give PT a try maybe. Looks like I play PartyPoker's Windows client thru Windows too.. Hm. I've got an existing HEM licence.. such a waste tho'. Maybe I should run bootcamp/VMware Fusion. Any idea whether it will track hands on the Mac if I run it in Unity/parallel? |

| If you don't multi-table much or run other add-ons like NoteCaddy and TableNinja, you can get away with playing poker and running HEM in a VM (Parallels, Fusion, etc.). But know that your performance will lag greatly behind running it natively. That's why dual-booting into Windows ala BootCamp is generally recommended. Otherwise I'd go for a native Mac tracker, which for now means Copilot or PT3 for Mac. HM is just starting development of a Mac version of HM2, but it will be quite some time before they have anything to even test with. |
