I've been developing an App that gives us stats, notes and the ability to save & load regular players when playing poker in person.

I'm looking to recruit some beta testers from CardsChat to test it out, make sure there aren't any bugs and to recommend improvements. The ideal testers would be those of you who play live a lot and have a homegame or the likes planned within the next week. I'd also be glad to hear from those of you whose mobile is not set to English.
Register with testflight.com to join the beta-test here and I'll send you an email to download the app. As thanks for your help all accepted testers will receive a free copy of the app.

Tester or not I'd like to hear your thoughts on what you'd like to see added to this. Thanks.
Further information on the app is posted below:

Bumpity.

I like the look and feel of the software, and it's fairly intuitive. I'm still on the fence about it's practicality in-game, as I've only used it once at a table and it distracted me somewhat/I didn't use it fully. (I forgot to input hands quite frequently.) Perhaps with more time it would be more of a routine and therefore a no brainer.

It soon becomes 2nd nature when you get in to the routine of inputting the preflop action as it happens then being completely free postflop.

First few times I made similar mistakes. I kept forgetting to input the preflop action then having to try and figure out the action postflop whilst making a plan for my hand. Or even worse leaving the input til the next hand then playing catch-up, but it was merely early teething problems as I was so used to being very lethargic during live games as the pace was so slow compared to online. Now I don't even consciously think about the preflop input and find live games a lot more exciting as I'm actively observing every hand to make as many notes as I can rather than day dreaming between hands (although naturally making 1001 notes is optional).

I recently redid this for modern iphones so I could add it to my app portfolio.
Anyone interested in trying it there's a beta you can download via testflight here. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone finds some bugs and lets me know.

I probably won't be adding new features as truth be told I'm not sure there's much of a market for this and I've several other projects I'm working on right now. I will be releasing it for free on the app store sometime over summer once I've ironed out the worst bugs or maybe cut out the more maintenance heavy features (saving/loading).

I don't currently support iPads but this could happen in the future, right now it just supports every iphone size available at the time of this post.

Thanks, it's good to be back.

I had a quick google search as the Android version of this was the very first app I made in university. I'm not entirely sure google will still let you download it as it was designed 8 years a go to be compatible with even older Android operating systems.

8 years is a long time in the Android world as mobile phones have changed a lot then. Plus it is my very first app so I'm a bit embarrassed to be sharing it to be honest but figured I'd share it just in case it works. :D

I can't foresee myself making a new Android version as I don't think there's enough interest in Live HUDs to justify it and I've specialised in iOS development the last 8 years so my Android skills are more than a little rusty.
