| HEM HUD mystery The default HUD set-up has the first item as Abb. Name. I understand that it means abbreviated name but it also has values (colors, etc..) that you can set in the players preferences section. What do these values correlate to? I thought perhaps they meant nothing but I stuck in some random values and assigned different colors and the colors of the abb. names on my HUD changed....so I know it is associated with something. Anyone know? Thanks. |

| ^^^ This. Specifically, the number of big blinds they have. While it's somewhat useful in FR games, blinds don't change so it's usually pretty obvious from their $ how short they are. Where it was most useful was in tourneys where you could immediately see how they stacked up relative to the current blind level. Since HEM added the Trny M stat, however, that's a much more useful stat for determining how much tourney life a player has left. They've also added a Big Blinds stat as well, if you prefer to see the number calculated for you rather than just their name change color. |
