A few weeks ago I had the most downright ridiculous suck out that there can possibly be. I was playing an SNG and was titled to the extreme. The flop is 267dd and I have Q8o basically have no business in the hand. 1 player bets other calls and I well went all in with my 2 over cards thinking that maybe I can suck out if I do get called. I was really really frustrated probably the worse I have ever played.

Both players call me, one of them shows AQdd and the other shows 77.

What do you think happened? The turn came a 9 and the river came a 10 and neither was a diamond. I tripled up, played the rest of the match very sensibly and ended up first. :D

In a hyper turbo satellite (top 2 getting a ticket), I ended up finishing 3rd after one of the other guys hit a one outer one hand and then a two outer against me the next hand. That was soulcrushing :( haha

I only remember one suckout. I was ahead with jacks up on the flop, the opponent turned a better two pair, and I rivered a jack to boat up. Another player said he had folded a J pre-, so it was a 3 outer. I've sucked out as an even bigger dog of course, but this one sticks in my memory because it was in the middle stages of a sattie where I eventually won a $7500 live tournament package.

My worst moment

I am extremely deep in a tournament. I get AA. Yes, the typical AA routine. I have roughly 70k in chips. I could have want idle and been in the money. At any rate the guy I'm up against has 50k in chips. Nobody bets and I push 30k. This guy calls. Flop is A hearts A spade. I go all in. He calls. He had called me with a 10 J of hearts. Turn is a King of hearts and the river is a Queen of hearts. I just stared at the screen. At the time I was broadcasting my screen to friends and family I watch my progress. They all went nuts.

I don't mind losing a hand. At all. I've played years of live and online poker to realize things happen, crazy things. I just don't see how he called to begin with. I figure after that call he wanted to blow the rest of his chips, but it was ridiculous. I felt cheated. Probably was.

I've had a few MAJOR suckouts, I can think of two specifically. both in live MTT's and in both cases I ended up cashing.
The first one I raised with KJ and got called by 66 and J3
Flop J36
There was a bet and I shoved, obviously got called by the set and then was tank called by the two pair. Caught running clubs for the King high flush!
The other occasion was a final table against another big stack. I had AK he had QQ
Flop QK2 (2 diamonds)
Once again I caught runners for the flush (I had the ace of diamonds)
It's amazing how a backdoor draw can be the difference between busting out and winning an entire tournament, always account for the small amount of equity you have in 3flushes and 3straights

in terms of online, I've had too many to count. I've hit one outters a few times.
One of the more funny ones was a
K6 vs KK spot (obv I had the K6)
and the board ran out AAAA2. I got quite a kick out of that.

Can think of a good one I had a few weeks ago that still stings a bit.

$3.50 6-Max Hyper Turbo, 77 in SB about 700 chips, only myself and BB left. I raise all in into BB (typical play for this style of game when BB is weak player). BB calls, flips J9o, flop comes J-7-7, turn J, river J.

Had to walk away for a bit.

At my local casino they have 'Bad Beat Bonuses' I think PokerStars should do something like this but then again PokerStars may go broke if they do that!!! LOL

Perhaps my memory escapes me, but I dont think that I have been subject to that many suckouts.

I can Think of a few though. The most expensive beeing on final table of a big online tourney.
7 players left.
I had 88 on BB.
Shortstacked UTG shoves for 2BB's, 4 people calls. I have 25bb's left and I opt to call.
Flop comes Q82 rainbow.
This aggro fish makes a pot bet, and everyone folds to me. I re-raise all-in and he calls.
He turns over QT. Turn 2, river Q...

Instead of taking a big chip lead, I bust in 6th...

Every once in awhile someone catches a 1-outer on the river :)

So you are like a 98% favorite but still lose :)
