SNG Nash's ICM Poker Strategy What do you guys think about Nash's ICM Poker Strategy for Sit & Go's? Do you think it is an effective strategy? It's vocal point seems to be to be extremely active in stealing blinds. In major cases such as - SB to BB shoves. High blind bubble opportunity shoves when facing smaller or similar sized stacks. Button shoves when around 20BB facing blinds around 10BB. Rare cutoff shoves unless huge stack such as 25BB facing around 10BB opponents, which in that case is near 100%. Personally I like the main idea a lot. But I see some odd percentage patterns at times.. For example - 8BB CO 13% shove - I like it, can't put yourself much at risk for stealing here. 15BB BU 38% shove - I expect higher considering SB's shove % is 100% here. 18BB SB 100% shove - I like it, on this BB at least. 5BB BB. But then in this hand.. 28BB CO 100% shove - I suppose this is the correct play. 8BB BU 21% shove - Why so low!? We are on the bubble and the blinds have similar stack sizes.. 10BB SB 95% shove - I like it, but incredibly high compared to BU. 9 BB BB. Another thing, if anyone could clarify for me, does this only go for tight players at your table? If there is a loose maniac, or a guy who would simply make looser calls should this lower our shove percentage significantly?

I will eventually no doubt, i'm sure it'll help me a ton. But until then would you say there's any method or strategy I can implement using this ICM theory while still making correct, or at least semi-correct, statistical pushes against individual players calling ranges?

re: SNG Nash's ICM Poker Strategy I wouldn't bother getting Wiz until you do a lot more research and find out what it actually does and what ICM/Nash actually is. If you want my old Shove chart made for 9 man turbos just let me know, i'll have to explain how to use it however, it should give you a much better idea than whatever "Nash" chart you mentioned in your OP.
