| Small edges in the early stages of a tournament I've heard basically two different things about how to play the earlier stages of MTT. One side says that you should only take shots when you have large advantages over your opponents and save as much money as you can for later on, when you will have even large advantages and more chips that you can win. Then the other side says if you have an advantage you should take it, pretty much no matter how slight the advantage. I guess i usually stay on the tight and slow side, but I see the merit in both sides and was kinda wondering what you guys think about it. |

| Depends entirely on your attitude towards risk. Pushing small edges earlier will result in a lot more early bustouts, but the times when your small edges pay off you can build a big stack early, you can dominate your table and it should result in some pretty deep runs. |
