Shootouts
Do you think that the shootout tournaments on full tilt are worth playing? I do pretty good in them but I don't know if I will be able to stay consistent. Does anyone else play these? Have you had success in them? Do you think they are easy to win and are worth playing in? All I know is they are the most fun tournaments I have played in yet. |

What he said -
as well, those shootouts are pretty sweet for working on your short hand game because as each table becomes short handed you need to learn to shift gears and adjust a number of factors to suit your game. i.e 1. starting hand range needs to widen as the table becomes more shorthanded 2. Adjust your play to suit your stack and M ratio which can fluctuate greatly in a STT 3. Adjust your aggression levels to suit the players at your table all these factors are needed skills when you play sng's and make great practice for when you're at the final table of the WSOP main event ;-) |
