| remarkable come back in Sunday Warm-up Hi, this post is just to show again being shortstacked doesn't mean it's the end of your tournament. Look at the stack of Circuslover. With blinds 1250/2500 and antes 250 he is really shortstacked and with still about 450 players left, you'd say he has a hard time surviving. Well, I saw him shove a few times picking up some blinds/antes , rebuilding his stack to about 30K. Then I lost him outof sight, but checking back later, I saw he finished 7th. So what I want to say is, never give up. | A few weeks back I had forgotten about the time change for the Full Tilt freeroll on Tuesdays. When I turned my computer on after work and fired up the software, our game popped into a window and there I sat with around 500 in chips left. To make a long story short, that ended up being my second CC Full Tilt freeroll win in as many weeks. Never say die! |

What I say to anyone until to the final table, it really doesn't matter where you are in the field, it can all change in 2 seconds really, you can go deep but you are never guranteed to final table until you are at the final table. All it takes is a hand where you have a hand of AA vs KK or QQ for instance and that someone has a decent ratio part of your stack and he sucks out on ya, its over., thats just one example theres several others. TBH though most of the time I see a person dangerously short stacked in an MTT he gets a second live cause of a fishy bigstack making a retarded call. I.E the fish is in BB, everyone else is folded so he calls on 45s, SS has 7 J or some crap and wins, few hands or perhaps even instantly SS shoves again, someone calls but this time he actually has a hand, doubles up again, now hes not in as bad a shape.. I've seen this heaps. Still a come back is a come back though, good on ya 'that guy'

re: Poker & remarkable come back in Sunday Warm-up I love it when you come out of nowhere. Only good 1 I remember was being down to less than the big blind, ( I cant remember what they were now), but we were deep into the tourney, was only about 50 left, I think it started with over 900. Anyway, I finished 3rd.

At least a couple of times I have won STTs with around a BB left. Both felt sweet Pretty sure I lost HU vs a guy who had 5 chips(!) left at one point. Yeah comebacks are possible and a reason why tournaments are so interesting to be honest.

I remember playing in this $5 3K GTD turbo tournament. I had just lost a big hand when an opponent caught on the river, leaving me with just over 300 chips when blinds were at 150/300 + antes. There were about 1K people left in the tournament. I busted out the very next hand.
