| Harrington 3 is a workbook. How beneficial you find it to be will depend on a mix of factors such as how you learn best, what you're looking to learn, how well you can appreciate his style (no matter how much or how little yours resembles it), etc. As for 1 and 2, they espouse a TAG style that still wins if you play it well at low levels. But at higher levels, the play is more aggressive than it was when the books were written, so you have to adapt how he thinks and what he says to the current context. |
