if your one of the smaller stacks, having stacks the same size is always handy to your left. , because you can raise more succusfully but if they are a huge stack... then they might call you more often and again call your c-bet.
when the blinds are 300/600 or bigger in a 45 to 360 man mtt. a min raise is going to be good enough to take it down if you have a respectable stack size so no need to risk more chips, dont be scared to c-bet when you miss the board
if you have aggressive opponants pushing all in quite often on you and your struggling. you will need to adjust your strategy, and start pushing other stacks all in.
also Be wary about calling any all in's even with KA/QA medium pairs, do you really want to toss for your tournament life if you have tight players to your left.
remember to evaluate the situation and never call due to hand strength you want to make a decision based on if the spot is good for you or not,
50/50' calls hould be avoided unless they are very loosgive or you have a monster. always be the agressor when all in : )
P.s a little tip, folding your small blind and not raising the button will allow you to gain credit when raising,
you can open raise almost any two cards from hijack or middle position if you have notably folded your small blind a couple of times and not raised your button
