Today is the 1st, and nobody has made a new thread yet so I figured I would get on it.

We will use this for sng's and mtt's....hopefully this thread will stay more active than last month, it really died at the end of the month.

So what's everybody goals for June?

I don't know if I have certain "goal" for June, i'm excited for it though...I should be able to get more tournament in this month than I ever have before. I was right at $300 up for the month May, if I did for June or better it would be awesome.

June will be difficult for me. I qualified for the local club's WSOP ME tournament (top 48 tournament players play for 2 seats) but will have to miss it due to a wedding I must attend (scheduled long before the date of this tourney was known). Plus I'll lose a weekend for HS graduation activities. Only made 5 tournaments last month, don't know if I'll exceed that or not this month.

Anyway good luck to all the CC'ers.

Goal for June: Grab a nice big 4fig. score on Titan in the "Summer Series". Unfortunately today I was losing my connection on Titan, got all hung up on a priv. tourney on Titan I was 1/9 on final table & then donked out in 7th. Got so tilted from the disconnects that I forgot all about the First event of the SummerSeries ($40buyin, $50Kguar., 5,000chips, 15min. blinds - slow/good structure (blinds only at 30/60 at the 1hr. mark). It only had 918 entrants which meant over $13,000 in overlay!!! .... & I missed it!!!
Planning on playing pretty all of the rest of them & hope to hit a nice score.
Other plans - 'run good'

I have been going for a big score as well poker orifice, just not as big as you lol. Been playing in a lot of the Guaranteed freezeouts on Carbon...some pretty soft tournaments.

My goal is to maintain my Silver Star with my reduced bankroll. Looking at ~$4.60 rake per day. 3 sessions daily running 6 tables should cover it.

My "reward" for sticking to it will be the Friday CC Carbon game, when I am at home for the 9pm (EDT) one. Hope to see many of you there!!

I would also like to try HEM or PT for the HUD. It seems like so much information when I look at it, but I guess it becomes 2nd nature, huh? I fear though, that I may put too much stock in stats over not enough hands and make mistakes that way...

Go with HEM, you can set the stats to see, keep it clean (just the stats that really need), you also can set the # hands a player most have to show a particular stat wich help to not make those mistakes.

I know those hands happen a lot, its just been over and over and over today. Thats poker though.

Playin' the 2nd(?) Event of the "Summer Series" on Titan (starts in <1hr.) & a few others on Titan & 888Poker. Was considering playing some WSOP satellites on 888Poker but I wussed out.
Did some scrolling through the Titan lobby only to discover I've missed out on a bunch of cool 'special' tourneys they have/had - ie. depositor $2,500 freeroll for Canadians who made a deposit in March (& there's hardly any entrants in it.. sigh). Also noticed some $1 rebuy (the WSOP Dollar Drive) & $5 rebuy WSOP special tourneys - - the $1 rebuy had ~500 entrants with 1st place getting a WSOP $12K pkg. (the $5 rebuy is for a $2,500 pkg). The "Dollar Drive" had just a Ton of overlay in it ($9k+... I forget exactly how much but around there... it's no longer in the lobby). There are a couple more of those "Dollar Drive" tourneys & will be giving it a shot in those lotteries.
edit: just checked Titan Lobby.... in the $5rebuy for $2,500pkg(WSOP) there was ~$900 overlay.

Playing in $3,250 Guaranteed Freezeout right, $11 bi. Thinking about playing in the $4,000 Guaranteed Freezeout later...its a deepstack, $16.50 bi...for sure going to play in the 2,000 Guarnteed Freezeout, $5 bi tonight at 11:30. All while mixing in a sng/stt here and there.

Sitting in 5th of 6 left in Titan $7Kguar. ($10 freezeout).

Oops.. it's the $6Kguar. (was called the $7k a couple weeks ago..err.. or was that just last week?)

Took a 6th in that $10 mtt on Titan yesterday, no plans for grinding today... but you never know, the day is still young (I actually am in some freeroll on Titan, Top2 get a $215 ticket to the Sun.$250Kguar., support gave me a ticket to play this freeroll cuz I bitched to them in some emails & another one called 'PokerFace' tommorrow ($2k freeroll)

Big month for me! One goal - 1.5k games this month; that's 80 games a day for 5 days a week.

Should be doable, at $13ABI would mean nearly $20k of buyins which is pretty jokes, one time for a big month!

Started off OK yesterday with an FTP $30k guarantee final, busted early for like $1.5k but they all count

Also playing a ton of MSOP events on FTP, including all game types - played Stud yesterday, Limit Holdem today, 2-7 Single Draw tomorrow - good fun and enjoying learning the games

It's these freerolls that I think all the merge places are doing (I know Carbon for sure.) If you earn 250 vip points within a week then you can play in a freeroll on Saturday and if you finish in the top 100 in that freeroll than you get a ticket to play in the 100k guaranteed tourney that they have every Sunday on all merge softwares...its a $100 bi. Right now 1162 is registered on Carbon for it.

Playing in the Cardschat bi game right now. Plan on playing in the $4,000 guaranteed in about a hour, $16.50 bi...Also plan on playing in the $2,000 guaranteed later, $5 bi. Hopefully I ran better than I have the past two days.

meh don't keep enough on there for more than like 3 losing sessions (only got 1.5 days worth of buyins max really) so not like I'm risking tons.

I dunno. I'm doing awfully bad in MTT/SnG's recently though..it's very dis heartening to remain positive. I have played some cash recently, but it's quite boring at the smallest stakes in all honestly, much prefere the chance of going deep in a MTT!

Yeah, the 5k stack kind of made me play, don't really like 10 minute levels in MTT's espically when you're looking at the field size, close to 40k...

Sundays tend to be a "blow my bankroll" night but I love the storm and so on, so much motivation to play. Come play quick! Sign up still open, just..

Just shove your stack and hope to double up lol. I'm doing awful in it anyways
