I need a good stratagy for my pub league reginals

Im going to be playing in my oub league reginals next sat It will be held at four different sites the buy in is $10 dollars there will 24 players per site , there will be no antes and the starting stack wiil be at 10000. The way it works is when they have a final 8 at each of the four places then the tournament will be decided on a wednessday the second day so to have a good shot to win how many chips do i really neeed in order too when the reginaal and what should be my stratgy?
