HORSE mtt

I'm learning to play HORSE, mainly by playing freerolls on fulltilt. I have consistently been able to dodge the first hour donks that raise and reraise every hand. But I find it hard to build my stack after the break and find myself playing catch up with the blinds.

My best finish so far is 33rd (just finished an hour ago). Ever since the blinds reached 1k, I was always hovering between 5-10BB. I only played 1-2 hands every level (sometimes I don't play H and O when I don't get good hands) and managed to stay alive that way but I was always in the bottom 10.

Surely there's a better way to play. HELP!!
