Which do people think is better for making money for newer players, a heads up sit and go or a multiplayer sit and go?

More info on STT SNG's so i'd probably start there. It's pretty hard to grind $1-$2 HU SNG's for a good profit as you'll get a lot of donks that put your variance sky high. Plus the rake is bigger in micro's so you'd have to win more for any sort of decent ROI.

For a brand new player full tables are probably better, or at least more forgiving. In heads up games you need to know how to adapt to lots of different types of opponents so even at the low stakes you can't just learn one generic strategy and hope to win. Full tables are much easier to learn because there isn't as much variation in the strategy required.

MTT's are much softer than pretty much anything else. Problem is they take like 50 hours to complete :|

HU games require some advanced skill, I can't imagine starting out playing them. I am guessing your average $2 HU SNG player is a lot more experienced than $2 STT players.

I too believe this, and when playing on a full tables, you will get to see a lot more cards cycle through.
