Is ICM applicable to microstakes when players are pushing/calling all in's with no concept of hand ranges?

Should I fold AJ to the guy who pushed into 4 players with 10,J ?

ICM is applicable in any game that has a payout structure, no matter how bad the players are.

Also; you need to give a ton more info than just having AJ and facing a shove from into 4 people. What is your stack size? Players left to act, positions and payout structures? (Him having TJ is irrelevant btw, as you won't know that at the time)

I play microstakes too and I think ICM can make a difference for any level.

However most ICM calculators do not take skills or general table aggression into consideration I think. But they still give a good idea of the correct decision to take.

of course (as has already been mentioned).
However we might alter our play if we feel that villain is ICM-dumb, or ICM aware (this is pretty obvious though I'd assume)
