I would like to know how you play in them, the best placing i did was ITM, but i did not knock out anyone.

Honestly, I think you should play it like a normal MTT and you'll knock people out with good solid poker. If you concentrate on bounties, you're likely go call with sub-par hands in order to get the knockout. Remember ITM is more than a bounty.

I agree with m33. Don't even think about the bounty because finishing ITM should be alot more important than trying to knock someone out with an average hand.

Have you figured out how many people you'd have to knock out to make it even with ITM? My guess would be around 10, maybe more? Now think about how many times you've actually knocked out that many players in one trny.

Bounty is just a fun extra think to make things interesing all tournament long. Just play it like a normal one...The only different thing, you can win some already...

In small buyin tournaments the possibilty of earning bouties shouldnt effect your strategy at all. Usually with all the loose agressive plays you should pick up your share of bounties any way if you make it deep into the tournament. Just remember that the big prize money is in the tournament prize pool not the bounty.
