| The Big Little Tournament on Full Tilt Poker **If a thread like this one already exists, can a moderator delete this one please?** I'll be playing in the Big Little Tournament on FTP in a few minutes. This will be just my second time ever playing in it. My first time, we were just outside of the money when I was dealt kings. managed to get it all in preflop against QQ and the other guy rivered a queen on me! Does anyone have any tips or hints on how to make it as deep as possible in this tournament? I'd love to take this one down... Pretty good money for first place, considering that this is just a $2 buy in! |

| Sorry, I should have said that earlier, lol. The buy in is $2+0.20. The prize pool is $200,000. 7,500 places pay. There are 35,000 people in it right now, and seating will last until 1:00PM Full Tilt Poker time. |

| With 35,000+ players, it should play much like a big freeroll. You will need some luck, even playing tight. (Prize pool is $200K, ITM @ 7500, top prize is $18K). I'm in it, too. Hope the volume doesn't freeze up FT. Good luck! |

| re: The Big Little Tournament on Full Tilt Poker I love huge fields. When FTP had their Record Breaker tournament with 50,000 players I managed to get 800-something for $40. Not much, but at least it's money! And it's fun to see half the field gone after an hour hahaha |

| I played one of these and made the first pay scale or so when it was a $5 tourney a month or two ago, but no big cash. I joined this today, and hopefully can TID!!! 18k would be nice! I didn't realize it was a turbo, till after I joined it, but that's ok just means I'll get to the FT faster... I satty'd in for .80c too woot. My free Pandora account is reaching it's 40/hr a month limit... hope I don't run out of music, only thing to drown out the sound of my GF voice and TV, my 2 major distractions...lol |

| Seems like alot of Cardschat-ers are in this one. I'll be glad if one of us can take it down. Vfranks - I didn't realize that it was a turbo tournament until after I registered, either. But like you said, just means that we'll make money faster |

I've reg. for this donkament today, winning a 70cent sng makes it even sicker if one happened to luck out & go deep.... look at it like a cheap lottery ticket. There is HUGE overlay in this tournament (over $100K overlay!) but no doubt the biggest donkfest out there. GL to all who play. |

Does a ftops jersey ftp avatar mean that person took down a ftops event? |

| I bust out ~6500 left, played very few hands, got AA and KK one time each enough to see me through to the moneyz!!! Will grind out BLT sats so I can play in BLT, CC games (other specials maybe) only I think, I'm truly done with FT as far as ring and sng is concerned, no Rakeback is a killer spesh when I'm doing so well on Entraction Good luck to everyone left! |

| out @ 2871st for $12....not to bad for .70c satty in. Wish I could have gone deeper, but don't we all. QTs ran into AA when I shoulda prolly folded preflop.,Then QKs<ATo to leave me 800 chips and no chance with my k2s lol. GL to anyone who is still in. Yeah since I have a small roll I been trying to play the BLT sng satties to build my roll this past week. I am ahead at those, but behind at ring, so hopefully I can pull off some more winning sessions today. I found the DD sng .25c sats to be a lil softer than the BLT sng sats, by a lil. | re: The Big Little Tournament on Full Tilt Poker I have played in several of these, many people play tight when it gets close to the bubble. If you were a few away from being ITM I might now of went allin preflop, I would of played more conservitive, the QQ would call you 100% of the time preflop, if you just would of three bet they would of called and if the flop missed them they might of folded to a pot size bet. But I would of waited untill after the money to go all in preflop. The last one I played in I had AA early, hit a set on the flop and went all in, they chased a 2 card flush draw and hit it. But overall I think if you want to win you need to get your chips in the pot with great hands and you had a great hand. Right after ITm many people become super loose for about the first 10 to 15 mins so there is a good chance to pick up chips if you have a decent hand. Also look to push for chips at each new cashing level, this is how you will build the chips you need to TID. I played in the record breaker on FT and finished 95th for $400 at the time I went all in with pocket KK I was the short stack at the table and everyone had at least twice the number of chips that I had. 4 of the top 5 were at my table, it came back to the BB and everyone else had folded he had twice the number of chips as me and called with A4 offsuit. he hit a set of 4s on the river. I guess he was feeling lucky and it paid off for him. With the blinds and ante there was about 150k in chips in the pot, I shoved 900k in chips into the pot. I think he should of nevered called my raise. |

| Check this out my dad (71 years young) has cashed in the BLT the last three times it has run. This past Sunday he cashed for $240 but for some reason OPR hasn't posted it. To make his ITM even sweeter he accomplished it through one of the .55 satelites. GOOOOOOO POPS! BTW his ITM after 92 tourneys is 25% and these are all donkfest low ABI tourneys! Craaaaazy. His ABI is $1.90 AFS 3971 |
