Working on postflop aggression

I'm currently playing FR $10nl on Fulltilt and am trying to improve my postflop game. I'm pretty aggressive when it comes to preflop play, but after the flop I get very passive. I resort to calling, and end up with a high folding percentage when I miss the flop. How should I deal with things such as floating cbets and stealing.

Play hands in position. Tighten up preflop. If someone very aggressive is raising you out of pots post flop, reraise them once in a while. If you get called and show down a weak hand, you're advertising for the 30 percent of the time you do hit the flop and you'll get better implied odds later on with the extra action you'll see.
