when holding pocket aces, what is the percentage of winning base on ten seated at the table.

It depends.

Against one random hand, AA should be about 80% to win before the flop. That figure goes down with each additional player in the hand. The important point isn't the number of people at the table, but the number of people actually in the hand.

I think if everyone goes all-in preflop the win percent is only about 30%.
