| What do you know about Poker 4 Quick Questions Question nr: 1 What percentage of your bankroll should you spend at most for a single tournament? (without rake) 5% 2% 10% Question nr: 2 You have $50 in your poker account, how much can tournaments cost you?(without rake) $2 $1 $0.50 Question nr: 3 Even tough it’s not that hard to acquire good poker skill, a lot of players keep going broke. What is the main reason? They just get really unlucky They don’t have a good bankroll management They are simply too bad at poker Question nr: 4 You play $2 tournaments, but you’re running bad. You should drop down a limit reaching witch account balance? | In all seriousness though this is all dependent on your roi, standard deviation, and what kind of risk you want to take. A good player can play with far less than a bad player can simply because the swings that would be long losing streaks for some would be breakeven for them. Also it depends what your goals are. Obviously a pro player isn't playing $2 buy-ins, but if you just wanna have fun you can play $2 tourneys on a $2 bankroll. If you want to build a roll you should have more buy-ins while if you would die if you lost your poker money obviously even more. Sorry but when I see a fixed number of buy-ins as a fixed rule for all brm it just ignores so many important details so I tend to make sarcastic posts like my last one. |

| I think like zach said it all depends upon the player but also not everyone is just going to play tournaments. some people prefer cash games so there should have been a question about that. Anyways answer below. 1.) 2% 2.) 1$ 3.) they dont have good bankroll management. 4.) if you drop below 100$ |
