| Should you value bet when theres draws? Even heads ups or multi way is it beter to milk it,Or take the pot down or give shity odds just wondering.. Played a live tourney yesterday and had alot of monster hands but always was draws out so did-int get paid off huge. But made a final table :P with 7 tables placed 7th. And also when is it okay to chase a draw now adays everyone gives horrible odds to chase draws so do we never play them or what? |

| I dont play turneys so... But for me with cash games... Odds of them hitting that flush are 1.9:1 obv. position is key so If I play it aggressively IP, Ill win the pot almost twice as many times. Once to cancel out his wins, and .9 for profit. But since I'm playing IP I think I can "win the most/lose the min." more than him, so it gives me a bigger edge. Calls, raises, draws. Odds man Odds. Pot eqiuty, fold equity. IP, OOP. Your playing with fire. Of course a million things can be written on the subject. Or ... Have been written. So what do I know? Not much. |
