| Relearning poker - how often Since I started playing about 6 years ago poker has changed a lot. I think I went through a couple of learning stages and plateaued - got to a point where I wasn't learning too much more, I was playing the way I was gonna play. I mean I do learn new things here and there, but poker has changed pretty drastically the last couple of years, and I'm wondering if I have to start from scratch? I was wondering how often you feel you had to relearn or learn a new method/overall strategy? |

| re: Relearning poker - how often I don't think anyone needs to start over from scratch but instead I would start by rethinking and adding to your game. Learn new styles and add them to your game, this will enable you to switch gears on the fly. Find what your missing and morph it into your play. Adapting and Adjusting are the Keys. |

First step is getting rid of the assumption that you already know much. |

| Like everything else, you can always learn more. The more you know, the harder you work, the more successful you'll be. It's how Michael Jordan and every other great athlete got to where they were. No matter how good you are, you can get better. |
