Raising Rule?

When someone is all in, it won't let me raise to push others out of the pot; it will only let me call. This just cost me $7, and I'm PISSED! Seriously, is this some rule I don't know about or is this a bug in their software?

if their raise is simply a washin,not a legal full raise, then you can not raise thats most likely what happened

Oh yeah, that's what it was. Well, I guess it was my own fault for getting angry about it and playing emotionally. Haha, lesson learned..
