Questions regarding rakeback (negative)?

I decided to sign up and get rakeback at FT. I looked at my rakeback account today as it just became active and it showed -.33 cents in rakeback with -$1.22 in revenue for the period of 11-03-11-9.

This isn't something I should be worried about as it's never going to be deducted from my bankroll right? I just won't see a rakeback payment until it's in the positive right? Also they deduct a certain amount for every freeroll you play in as well as guaranteed tourneys?

I guess what I'm asking is these charges won't be taken from me at any point correct even when I withdrawl? they are simply related to the earning of rakeback which I won't be paid until I am in the positive?

Thanks for the help

Did you get a bonus for first deposit? If so they subtract some of that to find your rakeback.

The list of MGR deductions for FTP is pretty long. Any deposit, many withdraws, and overlays in a MTT, bonus cleared, store purchase, etc are deducted from MGR.

So at times your effective % is less than 27% from just the actual RB stand point, but usually there is value, such as a bonus, that makes you real rate higher.

RB> no RB

Hope that makes sense.

re: Questions regarding rakeback (negative)? poker

Cool. Thanks for the answers. Scared me at first. LOL. I think it's negative because I played a couple freerolls the other night and assume that's what the deductions are from.
