Question about what BB is?
Is BB like when they say Big Bet is that the big blind or 4x the big blind? Are winning players in no limit also rated on BB's won per # of hands?

Yes. Even though the term Big Bet strictly applies to Limit, BB/100 hands is the most common guage of success or lack thereof in both Limit and No Limit Hold'em cash games. This is a point of great confusion in many threads relating to NLH. It has become customary to use the lower case bb/100 when refering to big blinds/100 (hands) and uppercase BB/100 when refering to Big Bets/100. Incidently, a profit of only 1 BB/100 hands is considered the minimum return that a professional player needs to make a living. At $50/$100 that might be $30-$40/hr (live).
