Okay, so i decided to get the trial of PT3. Yeah... Dont know how to use it lol. How do you get the stats and stuff to show up on the table?

That would require using the HUD (heads-up display) that is included with PT3.

I hear the PokerTracker forums are a wealth of information from general usage to advanced topics, etc.

I'd suggest you take a read though our PokerTracker Reference Thread. There is a lot of info/discussion in there that is applicable to both PT2 and PT3.
