If you search in our forum or even in the internet you will find out too much information about it or even a book. But take care with omaha. The variancy is bigger than Hold'em, a flush isn't very good hand, trust me ;) there are a lot of good hands in each game!

play Omaha???? and as your success ? look for thanks for the tip )

1.don't try and invest much money set mining with pairs under "a pair of eights".
Even if you hit a set you might be up against higher sets.

2.don't be aggressive with a set until the river when u know you got the best hand.

3.You can be aggressive with strong draws on the other hand.

4.Play cards that can make broadway aggressive pre flop.

5.Play small flushes conservatively.:)

Start by examining your opening hand ranges if you haven't already. It's easy to see a strong hand in hold'em because there are only 2 cards. But just because AA is strong in hold'em doesn't mean AA69 is a good hand in Omaha (unless of course it's double suited). Even though Omaha has higher variance, it doesn't mean that tight isn't right. Weak players' biggest mistakes are playing too many weak hands that will be beat on later streets even when they improve. Find a good chart of opening hands and start there.

Start off with playing quality hands like suited connectors, High suited connectors, maybe with a pair. Once you get the hang of it, its a lot of fun. Sets, two pair, flushes are more common so the game makes you think more. Analyze the board with your cards, figure what, if any, hand beats yours.

at the beginning the pots are multiway so unless you have the nuts be very tight, and play hands with 4 cards close enough to build straights

in a multiway when a pair appears in the board be careful with fullhouses, and when hit a straight pay attention to a better straight and the same way with a flush without the ace high

when blinds are high play high cards and pairs and try to isolate the table with a strong bet preflop to avoid more than two players (here the possibility that a lesser hand preflop wins is higher than in holdem because is easier to get sets, trips or projects)

and of course this is omaha hi but then is another game in omaha h/l which is kind of different, and also omaha 5 cards and omaha 6 cards (in the latter the variance is too high because too many cards dealt so i really dont like this one)
