| Hi hands are the same as Hold'em, best low hand is the wheel straight, A2345. Low hands are 5 cards ranked 8 or lower numbered cards (not pairs) with the lowest numbered 5 cards winning the low pot. Winning both high and lo pots are usualy small straights Many times no one makes a qualifying low hand so winner of the high pot takes it all. That's the short and sweet of it, Omaha is a great game and you should give it a serious try. Just about every site that has Omaha has it as a 'limit" game meaning there are caps on the betting depending on the pot size but there are a few that have "No Limit Omaha". It's best to stick with regulation style limit Omaha imo. |
