Omaha Hi-Lo I was looking up newbie tips on Hi-Lo and this one site says to trip As and 2s are a good pocket to have. That doesn't make sense to me as you can only use two of your pocket, so that would make the third redundant. So are those actually good?

Fold any trips or quads in Omaha, the only time I'd ever play them is if it was HEADS UP, and I was dealt AAA2, then I'd try to just flop a good low, and hope AA holds up, but if you're raised preflop, then fold immedietely, but this is ONLY if you are playing heads up.

I agree, holding a trips of any card in the whole is an easy fold. You've only got one out left in the deck (or was it all ready dealt to another player???) HU changes things a fair bit and I'd play the pair of aces at least till the flop if I can't raise the villian off of his hand. After that it depends on the cards on the table and the villians actions compared to how he's played other hands before this one.
