| Odds of winning heads up knowing both hands? What is a good website for determining the odds of winning a hand heads up with one other player? Last night in a tourney I pushed all in with KK. Someone called with AK. He flopped an A and I was out, but I was just wondering what my odds of winning were. Also, is there any terminology for this? I did a search on "odds" and I just got the odds of being dealt a particular hand, etc. Thanks a lot for any links! -Dave |

KK = 67.5% AKo = 32.5% I know this can't be right because it's not counting all the ties that could occur. So then I went to another site and it gives me the following: KK = 69.38% AKo = 29.74% tie = 0.88% Oh, that's when one of my kings is the same suit as the ace. When it's not the same suit, the odds are a little different: KK = 69.61% AKo = 29.60% tie = 0.79% Hmmm, well, I'll keep playing around with this, but you basically gave me what I need. Although someone's numbers aren't right... Quote:
