| Programs that do that are a no-no while you are playing on most sites, esp the major's (PS, FTP, PP, UP etc) They're against the TOS. But in the case of using a chart during your play, of course it is useful, esp if you are yet unable to do the calculations on the fly. After a while such things will become second nature to you, but if you are just starting out, it can be a great help to have some range charts to check on. One bit of warning though: Not all players and situations are going to fall neatly into a category on a chart, so just be ready to make adjustments as needed, or else you are going to go mad constantly tewaking your charts. Soon enough though, you will be able to play without one. It will just take some experience. |
