Need help setting up Holdem Manager

Hello there, I've purchased HM today and for the life of me I can't even register the ****ing thing ...I mean my serial number isn't even reading it when asked to input it, I've tried 2 times but I'd like a step by step video of how to do this...If anyone has the time they'd like to take out helping me set this up I'd be very grateful

I don't want to sound as though I'm fobbing you off, but the HEM forums are absolutely brilliant and very quick and friendly. They also have loads of videos and FAQ pages.
