need help with bankroll.

hello,

I am playing on fulltilt and my bankroll now is about 64.
My question is which one is better to play the 1+0.25 or 2+0.25 because as you can see when I playing the 1 SNG I have to pay the same as the 2 SNG.

Thank you, David Shoval.

The skill difference between $1 & $2 games isn't that big (if there is any). Assuming you can keep winning at the $2.25 games, do those and save yourself the nickle per game.

Should your bankroll drop to $25 or $30, drop down to $1.25.

I would try to skip the $1.25's altogether. You might try to have a certain amount of buyins for each level. I would say somewhere between 20-50 depending on your ROI%. But if you are willing to jump down as soon as you drop to a certain amount then go ahead and use 20 buyins for each level. So if you drop below $45 then its time to move down.

re: need help with bankroll. poker

Your bankroll includes all the money you are willing to use to play poker, no matter where it's located. That includes money in your bank or pocket. Use the total when you figure out the level you're bankrolled to play at. If you just use the money you have on each site, then you can end up with rather ridiculous differences where you have to play far different levels on different sites even though you're the same player and the opponents are roughly the same across sites.

It is recommended to have a bankroll to cover at least 40 buyins. So with 64$ bankroll you should play $1+0,25

this is a good point. if you only deposit $100 but are willing to deposit more if the cards run bad then play the higher limits. You dont have to stay at the $1 MTT (1% rule) because your bankroll is actually higher than $100.

Wish there was a way to transfer money between pokerstars and tilt.

Good luck at the tables.
