Welcome to the forum Lloyd. What do you mean by games won? Is this full ring or 6 max or heads up? I'm deciphering from your stats that you're seeing 29% of flops which seems high, but usually we look in terms of Voluntarily Put $ In Pot, or VPIP which excludes checks from the big blind, but 29% for full ring is high, especially if you preflop raise is 4%. Those two numbers should be close together. But, more info about the games you play would help. My PLO stats are much loser that that, but that's 6 max PLO and not 9 seat NLHE.

re: My STATS Please Help I am tired of loosing poker All of what nine lions information is very useful and will help you become a more winning player overall Also, 5k hands is a very small sample of hands in determining winning or losing at a certain level. Great players can even go 40-50k hands of breakeven/losing poker. Maybe your are just on a downswing?

Whatever game you play, the winning players are consistently aggressive players. The trick is knowing when to be aggressive and that comes with experience. Your bet and raise % is extremely low. Try and get more aggressive. Be selective though, have a reason for it. You check and call a lot. Try to identify spots where betting may be a better option and give it a try. Also think about raising and reraising when the action gets to you. What is your opponent likely betting and would they fold that hand to a raise? If you figure your hand has a good chance to be better then theirs then definately bet and raise.
