making sense of stats

hi all
i've just looked at my stats on officialpokerrankings
what is ABI,AFS and R/A ?
i play at fulltilt
my player name is 'fekinel'
what can i learn from these stats ?
how do i interpret them ?
can i use them to find leaks ?
i usually only play micro or freerolls but want to improve
if any of you more knowlegable players
could take a look
what do these stats tell you ?

ABI = Average Buy-In Amount
AFS = Average Field Size
R/A = % of tournaments you have played that were rebuy's or had addons

OPR isn't going to really help you fix any leaks because it basically just covers your stats on how well your results are, not how you're playing your cards. There really isn't much that you can learn from your own stats and really the only time I ever take into account anything on OPR is if I notice someone who is playing a tournament that is either way over their average buy-in, or if they are someone who has either played very few tournies(they aren't very experienced probably) or have played a lot of tournaments and cashed in a VERY small percentage. If you want to go over all aspects of your game, I suggest you buy Holdem Manager and import all of your hands into it and do a little research into what areas you have had problems in your MTTs and SnG's.

will keep plodding on
i seem to do ok in sng's
although i dont fully understand icm
or correct bubble play, i am trying to work on this
with mtt's i always seem to be short stacked
when getting near the money
i am trying to be more aggresive in middle stages to chip
up
i just cant bring myself to shove with rags
even if i think its the right thing to do (lol)
will keep trying
