Just ran across an ad page promoting this 9 DVD series. It looks like one of those scamy ad pages, but it actually seemed to have some positive reviews. I was just wondering if anyone knows of this series, or maybe has it, and can comment on whether or not it is a good buy.

He's a very good player but I'm not sure how good the dvd series is I found this though, http://www.pokertrainingguide.com/reviews/float-the-turn-review/.

Thanks rounder. Interesting review. Do you - or anyone else - if you are allowed to download and retain videos from other sites? I am not sure how that works. Are they mainly only watch or can you DL and continue to watch them when, say after 6 months and you are no longer a member?

I've never been a member of a video site (should have some free CR next month though ), but if someone doesn't find give you an answer in this thread in the next day or two, try asking the same question in one of the monthly threads, you'll probably get better feedback there.

Actually that was helpful, you are steering me in a direction to get the info I want. Is there any monthly thread you mean specifically?

Either the cash game thread or the STT thread, I don't know if any of the people in the STT thread use video sites (a lot of them have personal coaching though), I feel like there are definitely some players in the cash game thread though that have experience with the video sites and can better explain how the membership works with downloads, etc.
