I think I'm playing the same.

Yesterday I had a horrendous day. Everything i played got beat. I had Pocket Kings cracked three times in a row.
So my question is this. I was dog tired yesterday. No sleep the night before. Am I prone to play differently when this occurs or was this just a bad day for me to play? Today i am rested and in three SnG's so far I have finished 1,2 and 3.

if ur tired u cant concentrate and thus u wont play optimally. u were obv running bad but when ur tired, one tends to play worse

You found out the hard way . Do not play well you are tired.. When you don't get a good amount of sleep you do not think right. Thought it could of been a bad day, i had one monday

Part of it is most certainly just variance but fatigue and the resulting lack of concentration affects poker play more than most people think.

This is so true, and i know so.. Playing well sick is a real bad idea...
