HU against a very loose player, you hit second high card on flop
this is one of my worst situations. in a sit&go 2,3 or 4 people remains, a guy always raises big blind. he has some lucky cards before and now maybe chip leader maybe second. you hit second high card on flop, he raises high again as usual
what would you do, i really like to hear your opinions. do you fold, call, or reraise ? or call on flop and reraise on turn? or if he-she reraises again, then... ? |

i normally play non-turbo games, so lets say blinds raise normal. i set up this scanario, because i experience this usually when i play a sit and go, cant get over it properly unless he has a very good hand against me or another player having a very good hand, so one of us eliminates and this ends : )
this very loose, lucky and aggressive player has lots chips, being chip leader or second. there are few players left, 2,3 or 4. . i have stack enough to call his first raise, flop raise, maybe turn raise if i never reraise. but id be doomed if i lose that hand. blinds are relatively high. lets say in 1500 starting chip game, avarage 3500-4000, blinds 300 and he is 7k iam 4k. |

Collin Moshman's Sit & Go Strategy has a an excellent section on high blind play. "the worst mistake you can make is to be blinded away." that mistake is worse than shoving 7 2 off suit UTG. Hopefully I didn't ramble too badly there. |
