| How Could I have Taken His Stack? When I'm playing this Deep I for 1 can't really Figure out how to Commit them, Unless it's a Cooler/Or he/she does the Betting for me, so In this Case how could I have Taken this persons Stack? I felt that with my Flat call that they would Do the Betting on the Turn once again, but then when he comes with that Tiny bet I must Raise, and he calls, I know by the river it's Impossible to get this players Stack or Am I wrong? Should I have C/R the Flop (I mean it's easy to say it now, but Realistically, What Could I Have done to Make his stack all min)? | 1. Don't Limp. Raise or Fold. You are going into the entire hand out of position and letting others get in cheap. 2. Are you just calling on the flop to trap? Raise here. 3. Make your raise bigger on the Turn. Say to ~2500. 4. Make a bigger bet again. You don't always need to be ~ 1/2 pot, it can be bigger. 5. You will never get his whole stack in this hand, look close and you'll see why. |
