Happy Hour at Full Tilt

When you enter sit and go tournaments at Full Tilt during Happy Hour, I wondered how they decide whether you qualify for the extra points:

1) The time that you register for the tournament

2) The time that play starts

3) The time that you are knocked out

4) something else that hasn't occurred to me

My guess would be 2

I think its 1 since the yellow smiley face shows up signifying the tourney qualifies for happy hour and then from there you can register.
Would be a bit harsh if you registered while it was there and then lost out cause it didn't start til after happy hour ends.

I suppose that it could possibly be a combination?

Otherwise peoople would need to unregister and then register again sometimes to avoid missing out on the extra points.

counts at game start but get them after knocked out !

So if I sign up for a sit and go shortly before Happy Hour finishes, and the tournament starts after Happy Hour finishes, I don't receive the extra points?

Best way to check would be to see if all the Happy Hour icons disappear as soon as the time ends or if they remain for tourneys that have already started registering.
