Fold ! Fold ! Fold !

... people, that is poker : F O L D !

- That is the first thing, I would like to tell people : 'Please accept to fold'.

- Being stackleader is not the greatest position, as every eye is set on them and they set the game. Everybody tries to get their chips also.

- "Never go all-in K-A" ... I know you will, but I always hit lemons with them.

- Look, throw calculators away and talk or chat. This has all to do with intuition. Every poker-player wins by bluffing; if you calculate, how the hell, can you bluff ? I can not imagine, as you must believe in yourself.

- A-A = 2-2 = any pair. I'd rather settle for J-K suited. Naturally, an A-A is the standard all-in, but be prepared to lose at least 25% of them. At least. The more callers, the more chance, you will be caught by a double pair or more.

- Play many tours. This will make you known with the online world.

When I see cowboys in tourneys going all-in, after all-in, after all-in at the beginning, I often see them build stack; however ... halfway the tour, they are gone. They lack any self-disciple and do not know the word 'fold'.

Good luck !

...Yeah. This is smart. Everyone fold and no one make any money.

...There are times with going all in with AK is an acceptable play.

- Look, throw calculators away and talk or chat. This has all to do with intuition. Every poker-player wins by bluffing; if you calculate, how the hell, can you bluff ? I can not imagine, as you must believe in yourself.

...This is so stupid. I have no idea where to begin.

...And so that makes J-K even better?

...LOL.

...There are other reasons why a player might go out, not just lack of discipline. Good luck !
I'm sorry, but don't flatter yourself because you probably are not as good of a player as you think you are. Especially with a post like this. I'm not trying to put you down or anything, I'm just being honest. With that said, welcome to the site. Hopefully you'll broaden your views and learn more about the game.

Hmm. I guess I have to agree more with philthy. Saying never going all-in with AK is stupid. There are many situations to go all in with AK. One would be late game where people are playing more aggressively with mediocre hands because blinds are eating everyone up. Also, in low money tournaments, especially in the beginning where tons of people push crap in freerolls, AK is a great hand. Also, if you don't want your rockets, I'll take them, lol. I understand you wanted to emphasize the importance of folding, but I wish you left it at that.

jamie gold is pretty much the cornerstone of contradiction to the every poker player wins by bluffing statement. Since he blew like all of his wsop winnigs trying to become 'the worlds greatest bluffer'. No word of a lie

These are my sentiments ^^^, your post falls apart after that OP. I saw in another post you'd rather call an allin with JKs than AK, now aces equal deuces...

He's playing so the rest of us can continue to build our bankrolls.

Admittedly, one of the first things I learned that elevated my game was folding most hands.

The rest of the post is pure drivel.

- That is the first thing, I would like to tell people : 'Please expect to fold the majority of the hands you are dealt'.

- Being stackleader is the greatest position, provided you know how to use it.

- "Sometimes go all-in K-A" ... Because sometimes you either have to, or it's going to be profitable to do so.

- Look, don't throw calculators away and talk or chat. Although, intuition is a big part of the game, especially for more experienced players. Every poker-player wins by bluffing occasionally.

- A-A really doesn't = 2-2. I'd never rather settle for J-K suited. Naturally, an A-A is the standard all-in, but be prepared to lose with them sometimes. The more callers, the more chance, you will be caught by a double pair or more.

- Play many tournaments, if they're your thing. If not, then stick to cash games.
