flopping two pair w/ 3 cards same suit on flop

what do you do when you flop two pair and the board is all the same suit and you have none. some in front bets the pot one person calls its a 240 pot 1500 chip stack for all. do you go all in and pray for no flush or call or what. only three people in hand and no raise preflop.

With no preflop raise someone may have limped with suited semis to see a cheap flop. I would bet 1/2 to 2/3 the pot, if you get a call be careful. i would not recommend shoving since you definately get called by the flush and maybe by someone holding a high card of the flopped suit.

raise and if you are smooth called it probably just means they have the ace of spades, either that or the are slow playing you.

re: flopping two pair w/ 3 cards same suit on flop poker

its look like the first person who bet the pot got the high pair and checking for flush, and the second probably got the flush, so in situation of 3 players, its not only 3 players in the pot ,its a lot of players in the pot ,although it depends what kind of blinds do you play.

you could just call here and see the turn and hope it helps. if they have the flush a raise will get called. sometimes it is best to be patient and fold. but i would call this one bet and see if i get the full house on the river. you could fold after that and still be in ok shape in chips. i have lost bunches of chips in this situation. i think i have confused myself.

Honestly? I shove. You have absolutely no reason to believe you're behind in this situation, but allowing 2 opponents to see a free card is way too dangerous. Take down the pot immediately or make your opponents pay a dear price to chase.

If you are on a loose table and you have one opponent you can bet half a pot and see his reaction. But on a normal or a tight table and there is more than one opponent the best way is to fold.

flopping two pair w / 3 cards same suit on flop

in this case your chances are not good you give is better fold.

Not compensates for not praying out letters of the same suit, because their situation are difficult. the chance of losing you is great.
On my way to see this hand is very risky it is better to Fold. Play tight

if donks are around dont risk much they call with just 1 card with that suit for sure and get lucky by the river, if its a tight table bet much and scare them, if u get a reraise now ure in danger start praying for ur full house hehe or fold if dont like to gamble

I would play it aggressively. If you bet the flop and are called, see what the turn card brings, and make another decision. If it's a blank, fire again. If you're called again, decide if the river was likely to hit your opponents range and if you don't think it does, put in a value bet. If you get re-raised on any street, I would fold.

Your opponent will be even afraid as you. He can have one of that suit, but if it's a 10 or lower he could fold as well on your pot-raise. You can hit also a fullhouse on the river...

I think reraise to represent the flush, if you are called check turn to see what happens. If you are reraised, lay it down and live to play to get the chips back

i would call on the flop to see the turn, to make sure it doesn't have four cards to that flush.... if it doesn't hit then i would determine what i would be willing to lose in that pot like maybe 400 chips and bet that ... then if they call i would just check or call the river if it doesn't hit the river. Of course if they re-raise just throw it away.
