February goal - 20K hands at $10NL

My Feb goal is to play 20K hands of $10NL FR, 10K on PokerStars and 10K on FullTilt, while four-tabling - and to have a winning rate. I'm tracking this in a blog I created last week - below is largely copied from the blog.

So far I've played around 3400 hands on PS and around 1200 hands on FT. I'm +3.54BB/100 at PS and -5.83BB/100 at FT (the FT rate is largely due to a single hand that I shoved on a doublestack table - 200BB down the toilet).

So, what am I learning?

First, Jurn8 is spot on in his blog on $10NL, so I won't repeat his thoughts.

So, where am I leaking? Here's what I've been working on:

• When I get check raised in position on a cbet, or when Villain calls my cbet and bets/raises the turn, I need to let more of these go. I call way behind too frequently. A check raise from the average player (ignoring the real laggy players) is almost always better than TPTK. Major leak.
• If I'm playing from the blinds, I need to be more aggressive preflop or assume I'm generally folding the flop (i.e., don't complete the SB, or call a raise from either the SB or BB, unless there's a good reason). Minor leak.
• I'm playing pocket pairs too strongly, especially OOP. I have stopped playing 22 to 66 in EP because I'm leaking chips here. But even middle to high pairs, I fall in love with them a little too much. Major leak.
• With the super aggressive maniacs, they sometimes actually have a hand. I need to pay more attention to their actions and improve my pot control betting. Minor leak.
• Don't bluff at this level, other than the steal and cbet, unless I have a specific read supporting the bluff. This goes for all fancy poker syndrome actions (two and three barreling, etc.). Minor leak.

I feel like I'm getting a little unlucky with some of my bigger losing hands - looking at the big losing hands so far, I generally am getting it in with a slight edge and then losing to the drawing hand (though I've had a few TPTK hands that I thought were good, that were already way behind to sets).

On FT, my stats are:

• VPIP: 15, PFR: 8, AF: 1.68
• Steal Attempts: 28.8, Fold BB to steal: 78.57, Fold SB to steal: 80.00
• 3bet: 2.42, Fold to 3b: 67.86

On PS, my stats are:

• VPIP: 14, PFR: 8, AF: 1.77
• Steal Attempts: 24.93, Fold BB to steal: 84.44, Fold SB to steal: 88.46
• 3bet: 2.57, Fold to 3b: 71.13

I'm considering increasing my 3bet range a bit, but I'm not sure that's a good idea at this level.
