Equity question

Why does QQ have more equity than KK or AA vs. 65 in pokerstove?
QQ (80.368) vs 65 (19.632)
KK (80.362) vs 65 (19.638)
AA (80.356) vs 65 (19.644)

Obviously not a big difference, but I would've thought AA would've been a little higher than QQ.
