Is this the right way to get the most value out of this hand or is it rare at these limits to get callers like this?

Even down here most of the time a pre flop shove with aces is not a good way to get value. But, on the other hand, I think it will work more often @10nl and under than it SHOULD, and if there is a maniac/tilter/drunk at the table the profitability goes way up.

Because open shoving with AA is not a good idea, some people may think that you don't want a showdown and don't put you on AA--if you have recently shoved preflop, especially. Calling with KJ is stupid though.

Not sure if allin before the flop was a good idea but from my limited experience players at that level will call with much less than KJo

In reality you probably got the most out of the hand as he may have folded after missing the board but you never know

It worked out didn't it? I mean in this instance you got as much as you were gonna from the guy cuz he would've likely folded on the flop unless he got antsy thinking he could push you out. At that limit you are more than likely gonna get called. It's always good to get heads up with aces so you stay a huge favorite, otherwise you lose about 20% more. But the simple push hoping for a call is not gonna get it done all the time,especially if it's the only time you push preflop, or if you only show high pocket pairs.

I haven't pre-flop shoved with AA in Rush so don't know if this is typical. But it will probably work better in Rush than in a standard ring game because opponents won't have much history with you.

Yes. I agree that at low limits in rush it might be slightly more likely to get a call on a pre flop shove. Sometimes.
