Do any of u keep track of your games?

I have a spreadsheet that i keep track of everything
it tracks the date, time, amount played, year to date
every game i play and auto updates with my goals
i just added a page that i use to track the hands
i play all i put in is what my cards were and what my actions
were this lets me know if i am playing too many hands
etc
was just curious if anyone else does this and has any
suggestions or questions
btw mine charts the results as well

PT for online and I use excel to track all my live sessions (Date, session length, Buy-in, Cash out, Notable hands)

yeh i use neoffice for mine
now i track individual hands as well
found i was limping WAY too much
cut that out and my chip stack went WAY up
