| different outlook I`ve been playing online hold`en for about 2 years. Not that good at it, but enjoy the game as entertainment. Expensive entertainment yeah, but additive. As my other post indicate, I`ve just discovered Omaha. Just started playing Omaha has changed my playing "style" with hold`em. I look at Hold`em differently now. Has anyone notice that their game improved/ not improved, after learning a new game? |

| In general I feel that my game had improved overall by learning different variations. Playing HORSE is a really good way to get a good feel for some of these. I do sometimes feel like it takes me a little longer to really "lock in" in a game if I switch it up too much though. Have to stop & think more about what I'm doing instead of it being a little more automatic, but then again sometimes that can be a GOOD thing... |
