It's been December here for about 17 hours so I'll kick the thread off for this month.

My goals each month are usually a flippant play lots, *shrug*, profit. I'll expand just a little for this month:

1 - Play lots. At least 150 STTs.
2 - Post another couple of complete games for analysis, if people are willing to look at them again for me.
3 - *shrugs*
4 - Profit.

If I could end the month rolled for $5 SnGs it'd be nice but I won't go crazy just yet.

My aim for dec is:
* - To plug leaks in my cash games and try to make it to $200 to be rolled for NL10.
* - To final table/win one online MTT haha.
* - Look into a coaching site (dueces cracked, leggoo poker etc)
* - Win at least one live MTT aswell haha.
* - Buy xmas pressies with my winnings.

Well my aims for the month's are

1. Sort out my Bankroll on both Fulltilt and Pokerstars by using SNG's
2. Try and make enough money to buy Sit and go Wizard or a HUD!
3. Carry on improving my SNG's strategy and start reviewing my play in detail!
4. Keep detailed information on my Bankroll by logging all games and profits etc... On Excel spreadsheet!

If i come up with anymore I'll update you guys!!

My goals:

1. Get HEM on my laptop.
2. Have a profitable month with sng's.
3. Try to play 200 sng's (played 161 in Nov)
4. Review as many of them as possible in SNG Wizard
5. Continue with my coaching.
6. Play more MTT's.

Goals..
1. Get in to some free games.
2. Get a free HUD working. <<< To hard for most to get working..
3. Play 90 player SNGs.
4. Get my BR above 100.

Play 1,000 SNGs while also playing 15,000 hands of omaha.

Playing SNGs to try and clear bonus, should clear it all if I play the volume I want.

I'll start by reviewing Nov. goals and then make my Dec. goals:

1) Play at least 200 SNG's (had 181 in Oct.)
Accompished Played 370

2) Move up in stakes if possible.
Accomplished Now regging the 3.25 45p

3) Make the final table in a large $2.20 MTT on PS. (Got so close in Oct.)
Accomplished 4th place in large MTT

4) Don't let the grades slip (this goal is so directly affected by poker I thought I'd include it lol.)
Yet to be determined not looking so hot right now.

Accomplished pretty much all my goals for nov, so now for dec!!

1) Play at least 400 sngs
2) Move up in stakes to $6 sngs
3) Move up to 6-8 tabling (currently 5)
4) Win a large MTT on PS

I don't exactly do goals, but what the heck, I'll throw a few hopefully easy ones out there and see if it can happen.

1) clear the Holiday Hundred on FTP with the $12 Turbos.
2) get to where I can 20 table the DoN's on PS.
3) get one of my students into the $5.20 DoN's
4) figure out why another of my students has a -EV adjusted red line and very +EV green line in HEM.
5) not have anyone close to me pass away.

1. 500 SNGs this month.
2. review (by replaying) 5 games a week.
3. put in atleast 30-60 minutes a day for 15 days on sngwiz.
4. hope to be rolled for some $20s by end of month.
5. post some HHs here and go though some as well.
6. watch videos on stoxpoker.

I played a fun game tonight. Its called how many times can you lose with pocket queens. The funnest part of the game is when your dealt QQ<KK on two different final tables (prebubble). Barrels of fun.

After 12 SNGs in the Mars Division on Pokerstars I have 306 points with 8 SNGs left to play in low orbit. I need 382 to crack the top 100, and 546 to be the current leader. It's on.

Ok this is getting scary. First of all, every one of the SNGs I have played (11 so far), when I get knocked out or down its due to a suck out of some kind. But the best part is, I don't care, I just move on to the next game and continue playing solid.

I am up $180 already in two days. I think it is called being in the zone.

You know, I played 1200 SNGs before switching to cash games. There's no way i'm going back...

Lost 1 90 SNG, but came back to win a 9 SNG, 1st for 4.50.
Who said you can't win 1st, well being short stacked..

I'm always better as a short stack... I seem to push in good places... If I'm well stacked i normally fold too much...

Came in 47/2304 for $21 in a $4 MTT! I'd be better off sticking to 27 man SNGs. Spend a quarter of the time for a chance to win the same amount of money. I just can't hold it together for long enough to final table in the bigger MTT's.

My goals for december are quit wasting so much money on big MTT and stick to the 9 to 27 man SNGs.

Thanks bro... I dont graph with anything.. I dont have hem.. I dont really even know what it is.. I have never used any poker software and never had any idea how too.. I have become impatient in MTT's and have found major major MAJOR leaks.. I have become too complacent and have found myself pushing in bad spots and making terrible moves.. Iam hoping the jump to 6 handed sitngos will net me some profit... I can fit in a bunch with my time schedule and I can also use my aggresive ways. I m surely not saying this will pay off but at this point Its something that I must do in order to keep playing...

I will be honest with each and everyone of my results as I dont know how to prove it without posting each and every screenshot..Which i wont be doing in this thread as it provide clutter... Any suggestions on how to keep this tracked correctly would be appreciated.

well pokertracker3 is free for 60days(or something like that) and after that you can try holdemmanager(hem) for 15 more days. that should get you up and running. i don't play 6 mans at all there is a big difference between the two 9mans and 6max. but as for SNG in general i think you will like them as to play them right you often get it in bad and hope they fold. or go with plan B if they call try to suck out. as for keeping track of results there are 5 free searches on sharkscope. buy and read Collin Moshman's book for sure(its 9man but it still will help you for 6max).

Sitting here thinking if i say Iam gonna give up MTT's totally id probably be lying.. I dont think i can personally stop playing them alltogether but will defenitely try not to so much...Just a random thought..four Sitngos in I got 1st/3rd/5th/6th.. Pretty terrible eh?... Ill keep grinding

Got short stacked, well playing great hands, but made a comeback from behind.
To give a quick run down, i was at 600 chips, with the blinds going up to 100/50. 2 hands was all it took, to get back in it..

yeah that's bad, but not to bad. I would say to re-watch Trigs SNG video.

Just did a brief experiment with four-tabling... and the results were pretty average. Think I'll be sticking to three for a little while longer, my decision making definitely suffered

Well I'm getting there with my BR on FT so I'm happy... May do some work on PS tomorrow...

December has not started off well for me - but it is early days so I will hang in there...

Have not played a SNG for the month yet. Probably going to try and play 150 super turbos tomorrow. If I 16 table, I think it should only take about 2 to 3 hours.

Now I just have to decide if I want to pay the 7.50$ or 15$ games.

It gets much easier as the decisions become more automatic (for you). You'll know it's time to add more tables when your mind is balancing your check book while playing and you're crushing the level you're at.

LOL - yeah that's pretty much why I took a shot at it, I was three-tabling, winning and happily posting on here or reading blogs all at the same time. I'll keep working at it.

I heard this tip you might try it. open a 4th table but just watch it and take notes while playing you normal 3 tables. When this becomes easy add the 4th table.
